Our Coefficient of Inbreeding is calculated to the maximum number of generations we have for this dog.

The AVK is the Ancestor Loss Coefficient and it measures how many ancestors occur multiple times in 6 generations for this dog.
The higher the AVK, the more unique ancestors in the pedigree, the lower the AVK the more repeated ancestors.

If you can fill in any gaps in pedigrees please let us have details. We are especially looking for any pedigrees you may have for the early imports and their ancestors.
You can scan or photograph and then email to Linda Mayne.

liked this young orange roan’s super head, well proportioned, lean and with divergent head planes, dewlap and appealing expression .Developing nicely in body shape with well laid shoulder and good sweep to stifle. Has strong, oval bone and compact feet. Somewhat unsettled in the cattle sheds today but showed pleasing movement when settled.

Good head & expression with the desired divergence of head planes, ochre eye colour, ear set correct. Scissor bite & good depth to muzzle. Prominent occiput & good crest to neck, shoulder blades set well apart. Correct top & underline with good tailset & carriage, thick skin. Prominent prosternum & good angles fore & aft with good oval boned legs. He was well muscled all through & moved very steadily round the ring. I preferred his coat texture & colour to that of his litter brother who took second. In the lineup, I was very happy to award him the RDCC, but was very disappointed he didn’t stay to challenge for BP.

Litter brother to the PD winner and out of the same mould, stood alone in his class, not as together as his brother, but when settled presented a classic shape, needs to body out more, but that should come with age and maturity, still raw on the move and would like a bit more drive to him.

litter brother to the winner, squarely built and looking a little more balanced in outline, handsome head with kind expression although his eyes could be a fraction tighter, not standing quite as true in front as his brother but with strong oval bone and well padded compact feet, ample spring of rib for age and a good depth of chest, took his time to settle but is fairly well together all ways showing good rear drive.

8 mths. Well balanced head with good pigmentation, lovely bone & feet, ample depth for age, good ribs, moved out true once settled, just needs a little more ring presence which will come with confidence. BPIB.

Another quality puppy from this kennel. A well constructed square white and orange male who was presented in tiptop condition. Good head, with correct median furrow into occiput and evident crest before a nice neck leading into correct placed shoulders. Good depth of chest and strong loin into a good tailset. Movement coming together well just a tad more apprehensive when stood.

W/O 7 month old. Most promising youngster of good breed type. Lovely masculine head with kind eye and expression. Pleasing in neck and front construction. Good depth and topline. Well formed rear with plenty of bone throughout. Coat and skin correct. Stood gave balanced outline and moved out well on an easy stride of good length. Pleased to award him B.P.

A smart youngster who impressed a lot, just not quite together yet. Pleasing outline on the stack, his head is well proportioned, divergent planes, kind eye giving a masculine expression. Shortish neck into well set shoulder, stands on well boned legs and good feet. Well made in body, ribs well sprung for his age, quarters well developed. Moved out well to take the class. Lot to like about him and I am sure he will do well, not as together as his brother so lost out on BPD today.
