Our Coefficient of Inbreeding is calculated to the maximum number of generations we have for this dog.

The AVK is the Ancestor Loss Coefficient and it measures how many ancestors occur multiple times in 6 generations for this dog.
The higher the AVK, the more unique ancestors in the pedigree, the lower the AVK the more repeated ancestors.

If you can fill in any gaps in pedigrees please let us have details. We are especially looking for any pedigrees you may have for the early imports and their ancestors.
You can scan or photograph and then email to Linda Mayne.

Strong, well-muscled, brown roan in good condition. Long lean head with correct planes. Would prefer a little more refinement in back skull. Well-muscled neck with decent front assembly and depth of chest. Correct topline and good strong rear. Well off for bone, good thick skin and although not in full coat, it was harsh in texture. A little unsettled on the move.

Stood alone, but I'm sure he has topped many classes. Square and solid outline, good colour, correct depth of muzzle and lovely head and melting expression. Needs to drop through his body but that will come with time. Strong, well muscled rear quarters, would prefer tighter pasterns, where this dog excels is on the move, free, easy and covering the ground honestly.

Smart looking brown roan dog with the brown being a good shade, balanced outline. Grouchy expression, good head planes, large spongy nose, correct scissor bite, deep muzzle. Good topline, tailset & carriage, good bone, big feet & thick skin. Not carrying much coat but it was a harsh texture. Well muscled & moved with purpose around the ring.

This brown roan dog has correct head proportions with an apparent median line and good eye colour, the eyelids could be tighter. His neck is short with a visible crest, and the topline displays an arch leading to a strong loin. His stifles are well turned, and his hocks are strong, moved out well.

Another smart young dog. Brown. Good square outline, Well proportioned head with a pleasing expression. Short neck. Strong bone. Would prefer a little more rise to loin but it was still there. Correct coat texture. Moved well with reach and drive.

Pretty deep ribbing. Nice topline correct. Muscular thighs and good width. Coat and condition pleased. Shown well. Pushed (1) all the way. Just liked (1)’s movement more on the day.
